The AR Ashes competition is a simple, easy to play and fun reading competition between teams from schools across the globe. The guiding principle should always remain the motivation for students to practice their reading, the competition should simply be an additional incentive to focus on reading practice.
Students are placed in a team, each student is allocated a AR Points Target and a Book Level Target based on their STAR Reading test results. The standard AR Target Setting chart is used to allocate individual student targets.
